LOOSE PRODUCTS

When sold together, loose products must be contained within one package. Units that are sold as sets with many pieces within one box must be marked with a label that says “Sold as set” or “Do not separate.”

BOXED UNITS

Any shipments in boxes must be six-sided and completely sealed and difficult to reopen. All boxes must be able to withstand a medium amount of pressure on any given side.

POLY BAG UNITS

Poly bags with openings larger than five inches must contain suffocation warnings that must be printed on the bag or attached as a label in an easy-to-find location. The bag must be transparent and contain a barcode that may be scanned easily. The poly bag must be completely sealed.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your turnaround time?
We shoot for a turnaround time of 24-72 hours excluding weekends and depending on the volume of each shipment.

Will you store our products in your warehouse?
Storing products is an option, however, if products must be stored longer than 2 weeks we will charge $35 per pallet per month (or $8.75/week prorated)

Do you accept pallets?
Yes we are completely able to accept pallets – free of charge. However, to receive, do a quality control check on your inventory, label the outside of your pallets, re-palletize and store your shipment until they can be shipped LTL, we charge a $25/pallet fee.

What happens to returns/damaged products?
The choice is yours. We will take photos of the damaged products and communicate with you on how you would like to proceed. The most common choices are to have the products returned to you or to dispose of them.

Do you require User Permissions to Seller Central?
Yes. We have found that this is the most effecient method of accurately intaking your shipments as well as having shipment labels printed and fixing minor changes that sometimes need to be made within Seller Central. This way your merchandise can get to their destinations faster.
